Due to the nature of online lessons, refunds are limited.
Refunds may be issued if:
the request is made within 48 hours of purchase
no sessions have been completed
No refunds for:
completed lessons
missed sessions
partially used packages
Partial refunds:
May be considered if only part of a package was used.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
